This company rocks. I had been out of town in Fort Worth at Hospice with my children's father who had a heartache and was declared brain dead. So needless to say I was stressed out. Upon arrival as home i was so exhausted and endedd up putting my car into the ditch in front of my house. I called several companies over a period of one hour and was shocked at the length of wait time as well as the cost. Having had to financially cover the cost of my cbildren's father funeral one could imagine how stressed I was about having to have a vehicle wenched out of the ditch.

Not only was a pleased with the costs but the driver (Trent) showed up within 20 minutes and he was so polite, professional and very thorough. I can't imagine using any other towing company beside Fuller Towing. My fingers are crosssed that I focus more and don't make the mistake of getting my vehicle struck.

My car didn't want to start and it was getting really late. I immediately called the first towing company I found that was open 24 hours. I am incredibly thankful that I called Fuller's Towing and Recovery company in Terrell, Tx. It was the best service I have seen in the many years of having to contact towing companies. Not only was the person who took down my information extremely nice and understanding; but the man ( Bryan Phillips ) towing my car was the nicest person and extremely careful and knowledgeable. I will always recommend their company to anyone who needs assistance. If I could give 10 stars I could.

Highly recommend Fuller’s Towing and Recovery Service in Terrell, Texas. My family was on our way back to Dallas from Louisiana after Thanksgiving at night. We took a wrong exit and got stuck in the mud while trying to turn around. We called and Bryan was there within about 20 minutes. He was super helpful and got us out and to safety. He was understanding of our situation and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Bryan!

Highly recommend. Timothy was our tow truck driver and he gave above and beyond excellent service. We were headed home from seeing our daughter in the hospital when the truck started overheating. He was quick to arrive, lightened our mood with his awesome personality, and even helped us with our truck once his job was complete. I would give 10 stars if possible!

Cliff and the driver were both amazing. Great customer service. Had a hard time with AAA finding a tow company and Fullers Towing really came to my rescue. Great conversation with the driver (I wish I would've gotten his name). Friendly, polite and very helpful. The driver asked if I was hungry, thirsty or needed anything.

There are still good people out there! Service was above and beyond.

Moving my daughter and son in law from Florida to Oregon when broke down on the road in 100 degree heat. Fuller's showed up in minutes and referred us to a mechanic in Canton where he towed the vehicle. Fast service, kind attitude and price was more than fair.
